20/20 Logo20/20 Delivery® is the best proof-of-service and workflow management solution for transportation fleets in the industry. 20/20 Delivery reliably connects drivers in the field to computer-based order entry, warehouse management, route optimization, accounting, and customer service systems in the back office. Drivers are dispatched with electronic manifests on rugged, handheld computers. Complete proof-of-service information, including quantity and scan codes of goods and services delivered/picked-up, exceptions (returns/shorts/overages), customer names and signature, stops, breaks, and drive times, fuel usage, and more is captured at the time of service. Custom forms can be created easily to automate existing paper-based processes. Time-sensitive billing and service data may be returned to back office systems in real-time over wide-area wireless networks and new stops may be dispatched wirelessly to drivers at any time. GPS-based vehicle tracking, in-cab driving directions, maps, and traffic alerts reduce out-of-route transportation costs and help identify problems in the fleet.

Features Some of the key features of 20/20 Delivery® include:

Mobile Computer Features
  • Tracks products, services, and assets with integrated barcode scanning.
  • Records all service exceptions and unscheduled activities.
  • Captures both driver and customer signatures.
  • Tracks payments, credits and re-bills, and prints custom receipts in the field.
  • Provides pre-trip and post-trip cargo reconciliation.
  • Provides rapid automation of data collection tasks with an easy-to-use forms builder. Administrators can customize workflow and data collection whenever business needs or government regulations change.
  • Automatically timestamps all driver activities for billing and payroll, from logon through logout, including non-service activities, such as breaks, meals, and fueling.
  • Provides real-time communication over modern terrestrial wireless data networks.
  • Provides turn-by-turn driving directions, maps and traffic alerts to drivers on their mobile computers. Routing is based on vehicle height, width, length, and weight.
  • Promotes flexibility:
    • Deliveries may be made in any sequence.
    • Drivers may group/ungroup orders and open/close stops as needed.
    • Orders can easily be transferred between drivers.
Web Portal Features
  • Charts key driver performance metrics: productivity, time management, mileage, operational compliance, and planned vs. actual performance.
  • Dispatches new work orders to drivers wirelessly.
  • Provides text messaging with drivers wirelessly.
  • Provides up-to-the-minute work order status (proof of service) via integrated Web site.
  • Provides Web services interface to support direct, self-service customer access to work order status via a Web site; this reduces dependency on customer service staff and increases customer satisfaction.
  • Generates automatic customer e-mail updates at the time each stop is completed.
  • Provides dispatchers with driving directions, current vehicle locations, and maps of routes traveled based on Global Positioning System (GPS) heartbeat in vehicles. Server can alert managers when drivers arrive and/or depart stops, deviate from expected routes, or exceed speed thresholds.
  • Supports ad-hoc queries, report generation, and data mining using Database Views.
  • Supports direct data entry with optional turn-key order entry system.
  • Imports and exports item activity events to and from other systems. This feature allows 20/20 Delivery to serve as a central repository and reporting portal for the full lifecycle of goods moving through the Enterprise, not just their history beyond the loading dock.
