ServiceNet Extensions
  • ServiceNet Mapping and Navigation — Through integration with TomTom, PC Miler, or the GPS provider of your choice, ServiceNet offers technician location data and in-field navigation. Optional integration with ServiceNet Scheduling provides real-time position and status of field engineers displayed on maps in ServiceNet online reporting.
  • ServiceNet WebText — is a Web-enabled method of sending single and group messages to and from workers in the field from a browser on a desktop PC via Short Message Service (SMS) on the GSM/GPRS network. WebText supports the management of groups of destination addresses and replies from the field, all with full reporting and control.
  • E-mail Gateway — ServiceNet offers a gateway to corporate e-mail systems in which Windows Mobile field devices can send and receive e-mail over a secure GPRS connection.
  • IVR (Interactive Voice Response) — PhoneDispatcher™ which uses server-generated SMS to dispatch the work and IVR to accept, report, and close jobs, allowing customers to deploy phones instead of mobile computers. IVR can be implemented in Lone Worker applications and is offered over both wireless and wire-line networks.
  • Automated Customer Notification — Using a mixture of pre-recording, real-time data and IVR, ServiceNet can notify your customer of a technician's ETA through integration with your phone system.
  • ServiceNet Device Management — includes Automatic Managed Software Updates, to AirVersent applications on the device. We call this ESD (Electronic Software Distribution) and a management suite displaying which devices received the update and the status of the upgrade. ESD also supports Reinstallation from scratch in the event of device failure or damage.
  • ServiceNet Timesheet Manager — For quick, accurate, and legible timesheet data, ServiceNet customers rely on us to automatically collect pay, overtime bonus, and expense data. Workers can update or add information relating to jobs, timeouts, breaks, overtime worked, holidays, and leave requests for transfer to payroll and other accounting systems.
  • ServiceNet Schedule of Rates — Schedule of Rates (SoR) tables allow our customers to price work carried out in the field and create accurate invoices in the field for their customers. An SoR table holds agreed costs and times for standard work types and a list of the materials associated with each activity. These tables can be loaded onto a ServiceNet server and maintained centrally in the normal way, through a browser. Technicians can receive the relevant SoR information when given the job, or can access a rate table stored on their mobile computer.
