Michael B. Lee, Chief Executive Officer and Director, has 20 years of experience in the communications and enterprise software industries, both as a leader of early stage companies and as an executive in multi-billion dollar corporations.

Lee held a number of senior management positions with AT&T, Inc., including President of Cellular One, now AT&T in Boston. He played integral roles on executive teams that successfully completed more than $1.5 billion in acquisitions as well as carrying out initial and secondary public offerings.

He was co-founder and President of Universent, Inc., an international enterprise software company providing business infrastructure solutions to the communications industry. Most recently, Lee held the position of Chief Operating Officer of SK USA, the U.S. headquarters of the $70 billion SK Group and owner of SK Telecom. Early in his career, Lee founded a company that was one of the nation's first to commercially deploy a hosted software solution that automated credit card and check authorization services. This successful start-up was acquired by an international funds transfer company.

Lindsay Kennedy, Managing Director and founder of AirVersent UK and Director of AirVersent, Inc., has amassed more than 15 years experience in European wireless and mobile industries. Previously, Mr. Kennedy was with Comshare, Inc., a provider of Business Intelligence Software, where he worked for more than 10 years and progressed to the role of Channel Sales Director, serving in both the United States and Europe. Mr. Kennedy received a Bachelor of Commerce (BC) degree from the University of Birmingham, England, and an MBA from Manchester Business School.

Thomas J. Monteleone, Chief Financial Officer, has more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of finance, accounting and corporate operations and has held senior level finance positions within privately held emerging organizations as well as public multi-billion dollar corporations, and was a member of Ernst & Young LLP's Entrepreneurial Services Practice Group. Before joining AirVersent, Mr. Monteleone was the Chief Financial Officer for venture-backed CoreStar Financial Group where he lead annual revenue growth of more than 75%. As a result he was featured in “CFO Magazine” for his use of financial concepts to identify and create financial and operational metrics to improve efficiencies and drive revenue growth and company profitability.

Mr. Monteleone has held senior level finance positions including Sr. Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Corporate Controller for AscendOne Corporation, a $100 million privately held technology and services organization. He was Director of Finance and Manager of Acquisition and Corporate Development for Integrated Health Services, a publically traded, national healthcare services provider with annual revenues in excess of $3 billion. Within these roles he has lead financial administration, accounting, accounting policy, reporting, financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, acquisition integration, and investor relations.

Mr. Monteleone is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration with a Finance concentration from Loyola College.

Pól Sweeney, Chief Technology Officer, brings 15 years of experience in the field service and workforce scheduling software industry to AirVersent, Inc. As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Sweeney is responsible for overall product and technology strategy, product management, and product development. He is an evangelist for the AirVersent vision of empowering mobile workers to deliver an ever-increasing quality of experience with higher levels of efficiency.

Mr. Sweeney’s previous experience includes serving as the Chief Architect for British Telecom’s (BT) Workforce Management and Scheduling project during the 1990s. Mr. Sweeney became General Manager of BT’s Work Management Development Unit, where his vision surrounding the significant market opportunity for the technology led him to develop the business plan for BT Brightstar’s (BT’s incubation unit) investment that initiated the creation of a.p.solve, a moniker for advanced planning and scheduling solutions. With a.p.solve as part of Brightstar, Mr. Sweeney led revenue generation, productizing of the technology, and the development of the original a.p.solve management team.

When New Venture Partners (NVP) spun out a.p.solve, Mr. Sweeney joined the new company as founder and CTO with responsibility for technology, product management, and development. As a product and solution evangelist to prospects, partners, and the field service market, he became entrenched in solution sales of enterprise field service management into Telco, Cable and Utilities markets.

Before joining BT, Mr. Sweeney focused on the innovation of control and automation software solutions for Harland Simon as the company spearheaded the transformation of the UK printing industry with electronically-controlled printing press capabilities.

Mr. Sweeney holds a Bachelor of Engineering from University College, Dublin, where he graduated with honors.

James Wee, Senior Vice President, Business Development and Sales, heads up AirVersent’s business development and sales organization. He brings more than 16 years of business development and executive management experience in the mobile and software industries. Before joining AirVersent, he was Co-founder and President of SkyZone Mobile, the U.S.-based mobile applications development business and an affiliate company of the SK Group, a $70 billion a year diversified conglomerate based in South Korea. At SkyZone, Mr. Wee was responsible of corporate strategy and management, including marketing, sales, operations, administration, and M&A.

Previously, Mr. Wee was Vice President at SK USA, Inc., the U.S. headquarters of the SK Group, where he led several SK Group Affiliate business and corporate development initiatives in the mobile software and digital media industries. In addition, Mr. Wee has held key management roles at Southwestern Bell/Metromedia, SkyTel Communications, and TenFold Corporation.

Greg Solak, Vice President, Network Services, currently heads up AirVersent’s U.S.-based operations, including all customer-facing and internal IT Infrastructure and Support groups, Solutions Engineering, Corporate Business Systems, Software Support, Program Management, and Fulfillment. Mr. Solak is responsible for all aspects of service delivery, as well as setting AirVersent's overall IT direction to meet the business needs. Before joining AirVersent, Mr. Solak was responsible for leading the Network Operations and Software Support organizations for the Enterprise Mobility Solutions Division of TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. a business unit created through acquisition of Aether Systems, Inc.’s Enterprise Mobility Solutions group. Mr. Solak started in 1997 as Aether's first engineer dedicated to Networks, Systems, and Service Delivery. He grew his role from a single site, single resource to an organization responsible for several offices nationwide, including the design, construction, and operation of multiple datacenters to support Aether's production wireless solutions.

Mr. Solak has more than 16 years of professional experience within Information Technology and Operations and more than 10 years experience within the wireless data industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Penn State University.

Gerry Currie, Technical Director of AirVersent UK, is an established leader with more than 13 years experience in mobile and wireless data applications and infrastructure. Mr. Currie is responsible for the technical operations area within AirVersent UK. Before AirVersent, he worked for Guardian Royal Exchange Assurance, a major UK insurance company, for more than 20 years, working in most areas of IT, including Computer Operations, Customer Support, and Program and Systems Development, and in a senior role within the telecommunications and networking area with responsibility for major projects, including the introduction of distributed processing and local area networks throughout the head office and branch infrastructure, along with remote connection facilities for insurance agents and other mobile workers.

Bob Bialozynski, Senior Director of Engineering, is responsible for developing and implementing technical strategy surrounding the 20/20 Mobility Suite™ of 20/20 Delivery® products. Mr. Bialozynski has more than 14 years of product engineering and software development experience which includes wireless client-server architectures and real-time systems. Mr. Bialozynski has served a variety of technical roles in both enterprise and startup companies before joining AirVersent, Inc. Most recently he was Senior Director of Engineering for the Enterprise Division of TeleCommunication Systems, where he was responsible for managing the product development activities of the 20/20 Mobility Suite.

Before TeleCommunication Systems’ acquisition of Aether Systems, Inc.’s Enterprise Mobility Solutions Division, Mr. Bialozynski held numerous lead engineering roles for various Aether software products. Additionally, Mr. Bialozynski worked for Booz, Allen and Hamilton, where he developed real-time software for modeling and simulation enhancement applications.

Mr. Bialozynski holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Loyola College in Maryland and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.
